Amy Stapley is the founder of Opportune Consulting Group and a dedicated advocate for breaking down employment barriers. With over 20 years of experience managing customized and supported employment programs at both local and national levels, Amy has built strong partnerships across industries, connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities. Inspired by her mother, a special education teacher, Amy has been passionate about creating inclusive workplaces for as long as she can remember. A Utah native, she is married with four children and enjoys gardening, cooking, NFL football, and outdoor adventures like boating and "glamping" with her family. At Opportune, Amy is committed to crafting lasting employment solutions that benefit both job seekers and employers.
Davis/Weber Regional Director
Christina Foster is a Regional Director at Opportune Consulting Group with two decades of experience helping individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment. Inspired by her upbringing, where she cared for relatives with disabilities, Christina has a deep commitment to understanding people’s unique needs and connecting them with the right opportunities. Her passion for building personal connections drives her success in fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting job seekers. Outside of work, Christina is a proud mom to both her human and four-legged babies. She cherishes family time, especially outdoors, where weekends are often spent camping, kayaking, or riding four-wheelers together.
Box Elder/Cache Regional Director
Taija Layton is a Regional Director at Opportune Consulting Group and a passionate advocate for the employment of individuals with disabilities. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Taija is dedicated to developing innovative practices and processes that support meaningful employment opportunities. Known for her enthusiasm and creativity, she thrives on making a positive impact in the disability community. Taija lives near a small lake and the National Forest, where she enjoys the outdoors through camping, fishing, boating, and swimming. An avid thrift shopper, she embraces creativity in all aspects of her life and is deeply committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals.
Career Consultant
Lexi Nielsen joins Opportune Consulting Group with invaluable personal experience, having a family member with disabilities. Born and raised in Utah, Lexi brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and is committed to advocating for meaningful employment opportunities. Married for nearly 12 years, she is a dedicated mother to three daughters who excel in their education and activities in tumbling and dance. Lexi's dedication to supporting job seekers is driven by her passion for making a positive impact in the community, while balancing her professional role with a fulfilling family life.
